We've just introduced a handy new feature to Sirportly - the option to permanently pin a private note to the top of a ticket!
To pin a private note, just hover over it and you'll see a pin button on the right hand side next to the delete button. Just click the button, and the note will immediately be pinned to the top of the ticket.
Once there you can unpin the private note via the Unpin button found in the same place at any time, which will return it to its original position.
